ABOUT THE ROLE
Based at our Bunbury (South West Health Campus) site, the Administration 2IC, reporting to the Administration Supervisor, will help to oversee both administration and call centre functions. You will deliver an exceptional patient experience whilst supporting the contact centre team in relation to patient bookings, preparation and quoting.
Within the administration space, you will often be the voice of the organisation and first point of contact for many patients and referrals in this fast-paced role as you book in procedures and appointment for any of our practices and provide exceptional patient experience at Apex Radiology.
You will need to leverage from your strong experience within a call centre environment to directly support the delivery of patient bookings as well as assisting in building your teams knowledge, recruiting new contact centre stars, to reaching new goals and targets. This role will support the development and education of both call centre and administration staff.
