Dr Caio Hannuch Nascif

Dr Caio is a Brazilian dual qualified Radiologist/Nuclear Medicine Specialist. He completed 7 years of specialty training at the Radiology Institute of the Hospital das Clínicas da Universidade de São Paulo, a quaternary teaching hospital complex consisting of 2,400 beds distributed among eight specialized hospitals and two assisting hospitals. During his training, he was exposed to a diverse and complex pathology case mix, covering all subspecialties and modalities of Clinical Radiology and Nuclear Medicine, with access to advanced technologies such as PET/MRI and radio guided surgery. His main interests include Oncologic Imaging, Hybrid Imaging, Theragnostics and radionuclide therapy.

Having grown up in a regional town himself, Dr Caio has is grateful for the opportunity to use his skillset to improve health outcomes for patients in regional Australia.

His hobbies include running, Les Mills workouts, reading and spending time with his family.
