Julie Davey

With more than 20 years of senior leadership experience across a broad sector of healthcare organisations, Julie brings a unique set of skills, perspectives and knowledge to lead Apex Radiology into the future. Julie is a strategic, people focused, and collaborative leader and under her leadership we hope to hone our strategic direction, drive growth and development across our organisation and strengthen our partnerships with external stakeholders. Julie’s previous positions include National Manager for Johnson & Johnson, Regional Sales and Operations Manager for Sigma Healthcare, State Business Manager for Western Diagnostic Pathology and more recently, Executive General Manager of Medical & Mental Health Services with Women’s Health & Family Services. Key successes have included leading the national launch of new Neurology Medications, developing new health services, achieving NSQHS accreditation and leading the digital transformation across several clinical areas and teams.  Julie has collaborated and partnered with private agencies, not for profit, medical organisations and government departments including the WA Department of Health and the WA Country Health Service and is passionate about delivering the best possible service and patient outcomes.   

Julie holds a Bachelor of Science Degree with Honours, majoring in Biotechnology and Medical Physiology from UWA and has also studied management with the Macquarie School of Management (MGSM).
